Accessibility Statement
RTO Funding LLC, operator of Tenant Integrity Systems™, is committed to making our website and application reasonably accessible to people with disabilities.
Our commitment
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable, consistent with applicable U.S. accessibility expectations for places of public accommodation.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, navigation, footer)
- A “Skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive controls
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons marked decorative where appropriate
- Form labels associated with inputs and error messages announced to assistive technology
- Support for reduced motion when your system prefers it
- Ongoing review of auth, onboarding, and participant flows used by applicants and tenants
Known limitations
Some third-party embeds, legacy dashboard views, or rapidly evolving features may not yet meet every WCAG success criterion. We prioritize fixes that block account access, participation in Pre-Tenancy or monitoring, or completion of required consent steps.
