Tenant Integrity Systems provides behavioral participation and monitoring tools designed to assist landlords, property owners, and property managers in evaluating tenant engagement and participation patterns.

Our services are intended as informational tools only and do not constitute legal, financial, housing, or professional advice.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Users may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use the service in violation of applicable laws.

3. No Guarantee

Tenant Integrity Systems does not guarantee any particular rental outcome, tenant performance, payment behavior, lease compliance, or future conduct.

Any decisions made by landlords, property managers, or tenants remain solely their responsibility.

4. Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive service-related communications, including:

• Account notifications and verification messages
• Participation reminders and cycle updates
• Tenant monitoring status updates
• Support and billing-related messages
• Platform announcements when relevant to your account

You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time. Transactional messages related to your account or active participation may still be sent as described in our Privacy Policy.

SMS Messaging Terms

Tenant Integrity Systems may send SMS text messages to users who opt in separately during registration or account setup.

Service SMS may include account notifications, appointment and review-call reminders, participation tasks, monitoring enrollment updates, and other service-related messages tied to your account or active program.

Marketing SMS (where offered and only if you opt in) may include promotional messages about products, services, offers, and updates. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase or account creation.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. For help, reply HELP or contact support@tenantintegrity.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos, reports, software, and materials are the property of Tenant Integrity Systems™ and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenant Integrity Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on information provided through the service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
